Les Jardins is over 100 years old, and it sits just 300 metres from the centre of the stunning, vibrant village of Cotignac. It has four double bedrooms with very comfortable double and king size beds (twin available in one bedroom if requested). The house has two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. It has a downstairs toilet and utility with a washing machine and dryer. The ground floor also features a kitchen dining room with large fridge freezer, electric hob and dishwasher. It is fully stocked with cookware and pretty crockery.
 

It also has a dining table that seats 8. The kitchen dining area leads into a large sitting room with big comfortable sofas with lots of cushions. A large wide-screen TV with Netflix and Sonos surround sound for DVDs and music; a wood-burner for cosy winter nights, and many beautiful books and artwork. The sitting room leads through French windows into the garden/terrace, with a shaded eating area and a pool. Stunning views to the South over Cotignac and the hills towards St.Tropez, along with plenty of sunbeds, an outdoor sofa and large umbrellas providing additional shade in the summer.
