There are beautiful walks to be found in the area, fresh water swimming at the Lac de Sainte Croix below the stunning Gorges du Verdon, or for those seeking the glamour of the Cote d’Azur, Le WYC beach club at St Maxim is 60 minutes drive, Saint Tropez and its beaches are 90 minutes’ drive away. Active visitors might cycle, rent kayaks or play golf, the more relaxed can visit local vineyards for tastings and try the many great restaurants nearby.
